This Privacy Policy describes how the Email & Phone Extractor Chrome Extension (“the Extension”) handles user data.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
The Extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
When you scan a website, the Extension temporarily fetches the HTML content of that page using your browser. This is done locally — no data is sent to our servers.
Scan results (emails, phone numbers, social links) are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local and never leave your device.
Your license key (if you have one) is stored locally in chrome.storage.local only.

3. PERMISSIONS USED
– activeTab: To read the current tab URL for scanning
– storage: To save scan results locally on your device
– tabs: To open the side panel dashboard
– sidePanel: To display the bulk scanner panel
– notifications: To alert you when a scan completes
– host_permissions: To fetch HTML from websites you choose to scan
4. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
The Extension does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
This Extension is not directed at children under 13.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted at this URL.
